Foundation, Membership & Youth Service Seminars

The Foundation, Membership & Youth Service Seminars will be held in October:

Tuesday, October 8^th: (Normal) Heartland Community College 1500 W. Raab, ACEC, Rm 2210

Tuesday, October 15^th: (Effingham) First Baptist Church  213 W. Fayette Ave.

Tuesday, October 22^nd: (Urbana) Carle Forum  611 W. Park St.

Schedule:

Registration: 6:30 to 7:00 PM

Opening 7:00 to 7:15

Change rooms 7:15 to 7:20

Break-out sessions 7:20 to 8:40

Membership, Foundation or Youth Service

Change rooms 8:40 to 8:45

Closing: 8:45 to 9:00

 

Instructions:

Clubs are asked to bring at least one participant from their club for each of the three Break-out Sessions. Hopefully this information can then be shared with their clubs via these participants in order to educate the entire club. Of course, multiple members are welcome! Club members may attend any one of the sites according the their schedules.

Cost: This Seminar will have no cost and NO MEAL WILL BE SERVED.
