Cuba Trip
On Sept. 15, Gary and Michele Olson presented a program about their recent visit to Cuba. Their trip to Cuba was part of a large group of architects from the United States. While it was part of a AIA Lecture and Educational program, the group was also able to go out on their own and see people and the beauty of Cuba.

Visioning Session
C-U Sunrise had 22 club members participate in a club Visioning Session on August 25. The session took place in the evening after a meal and took about 3 and half hours. Club members had an opportunity to conceptualize ideas on where are club should be headed in the next three years. Vision Session facilitators wrote our ideas down on large sheets of paper and at the end of session, club members got to ‘vote’ for the best idea or concept in 9 categories.
These top items will be used to put together a strategic plan projecting out 3 to 5 years.

Club president Rod Roberts talks about the visioning results during a club breakfast meeting.
