Dave Grogan received his undergraduate degree from the College of William & Mary.  He began his career working as a certified public accountant in the accounting industry.  He subsequently received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and his LLM from The George Washington University Law School.  Dave served on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Judge Advocate (attorney) before joining the University of Illinois Ethics and Compliance team in 2014.  As Associate Director of University Compliance, Dave serves as a liaison between the University Ethics and Compliance Office and campus compliance partners with respect to University and campus compliance obligations.  In coordination with the Executive Director of Ethics and Compliance and campus compliance partners, Dave is responsible for developing an effective institutional compliance program.
