Eliana Brown works with communities and organizations to educate members on stormwater pollution and best management practices. She leads the program’s role in the implementation of the Illinois Nutrient Loss Reduction Strategy. Prior to joining the Illinois Water Resources Center and Illinois Indiana Sea Grant as an outreach specialist, she worked for University of Illinois Facilities & Services as the MS4 coordinator and at the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency as a field engineer. Eliana has a master’s in environmental engineering and a bachelor’s in general engineering from the University of Illinois. She’s a LEED AP and a Master Gardener Intern.
