PROGRAM

Jerry introduced Peter Newman as our speaker this morning. Peter founded Peak Wealth Planning in 2014 to provide financial planning and investment management for individuals who built their wealth through ESOP participation, business ownership, or real estate investing. Prior to founding Peak Wealth, Peter spent two decades in Treasury Operations at the University of Illinois System where he managed capital financing, insurance programs, banking, agricultural properties, and $3 billion of combined operating and endowment investments.

Peter’s focus this morning was to explain how he works with his clients to understand their priorities for the future and how to get yourself in place to avoid future crises. He spoke on several topics and answered questions on:

*Life Insurance and Long-Term Care insurance

He provided several examples and answered questions dealing with various insurance coverages for you and your family members. He also explained the importance of working with your pensions and retirement packages.

*Estate Planning

He discussed and answered questions on Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Medical directives and Beneficiaries.

*Asset and Lifestyle Protection

He explained the importance of knowing your risks and making informed decisions.

*Banks

He also touched on the current Banking situation and what the Federal government is doing to help.
