Carlos Juarez of Central High School was the 2015 recipient of the C-U Sunrise Rotary Scholarship Award. Carlos received a check for $1,500 to apply to his college tuition and expenses at Parkland College. He will be working toward a technical degree relating to the automotive industry. Congratulations Carlos!
