On Thursday, February 6, 2014, the C-U Sunrise Rotary Club donated $5,000 to the Eastern Illinois Food Bank. The contribution was generated from the club’s annual fruit sale. Jim Hires, of the EIFB accepted the check at the morning meeting from club president, Chuck Reifsteck.
